OE’s Maintenance Service Plan is designed to help homeowners accomplish reoccurring tasks that in many cases are too difficult to perform and require proper equipment to get to.
How it Works
Option (1) Call As Needed

$150/hr for service only.
Option (2) -Service Agreement
-
$125/hr for 1st hour and $100/hr for every additional hour of service only.

2 visits per year (typically 6-months apart)
NOTE*
materials billed separately
must have clear access to all working areas for technician
10% off all other services (except for professional services of electrical & plumbing).
1st Visit

Filter change for HVAC unit
-
Replace lights bulbs (as needed)

Clean dryer vent/hose
-
Change batteries in smoke detectors
2nd Visit
-
Filter change for HVAC unit
-
Replace lights bulbs (as needed)
-
Tighten door handles and hinges (as needed)
